1 RETURN POLICY
Please contact cuddle corporate (firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning any items. We will always try to find a decent solution and evaluate case by case.
If possible, you can return the product within 7 days after purchase. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case. We will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail us the details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance. Otherwise we can not guarantee that we will have received your returned item.
Mails are used to make agreements about the projects & count as proof. Rights and time of use, re-print and copyright should be specifically discussed and may vary case by case. Invoices should be paid within 14 days of receiving the mail with invoice. Any invoice not paid by its due date shall legally and without prior notification be subjected to the conventional interests of 2% a month to 24% per year. Any registered letter will be charged.
3 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements are subjected by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
